Dessert | Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Lately, I'm trying to eat more healthy but then I wanted so badly a chocolate mousse for dessert. And then I was thinking, maybe I can make a healthy chocolate mousse and yep, it's possible!

I tried it immediately and I must say, I loved it, it was so yummie! Maybe you will think that I can't be tasty because of the avocado but you really don't taste it that much because of the banana.

I made 2 portions because I wanted one for my boyfriend too :)
Here's what you need for 1 portion and I can say you, its more then enough!

1 medium banana
1/2 super ripe avocado
2 table spoons of honey
50 grams dark chocolate



Put the banana, the avocado and the honey in the blender and mix it to a smooth mixture. Melt the chocolate au bain marie. And then at least put all the ingredients together.

Put in the fridge for at least half an hour, if you can wait that long :)

And here's the result! You can decorate with what ever you want, like for example chocolate sprinkels and walnuts or red fruits.
